The disco producer will play live in several cities over the New Year period.
Hamburg-based producer Marco Niemerski, better known as Tensnake, will be playing several live dates in Australia over the New Year period.
Niemerski is probably best known for producing the jovial disco smash "Coma Cat," which dropped in January this year. More recently, though, his well receivedIn the House mix for Defected furthered the producer's reputation as a DJ with an ability to weave through contemporary disco and classic house sounds with finesse. He also stays pretty busy as a live act. This year has seen him notch up high-profile gigs across the UK and Europe, while he spent much of this month undertaking a hefty North American tour.
Australian residents will be the first to catch Niemerski in action in 2011 when he plays shows in Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane in early January, along with a headlining slot at New Guernica's New Year's Eve party in Melbourne. And if you'd like to catch him performing outdoors, you'll be able to do so on New Year's Day at Sydney's Field Day festival at The Domain.
