Affine will release the Austrian experimental producer's first full-length this month.
Later this month, Affine Records will release the first album by experimental artist Gregor Ladenhauf, AKA Zanshin.
Entitled Rain Are in Clouds, the album is only Ladenhauf's second record so far after The Humdrum Conundrum EP, which came out earlier this year. It reveals the Austrian artist's challenging style of electronic production: many of the tracks are glitchy and kaleidoscopic, often with broken, Autechre-esque rhythms. In addition to being Zanshin's debut full-length, Rain in Clouds is also the first proper artist album on Affine Records, a boutique Austrian label that's also home to Dorian Concept and Ogris Debris.
