The German duo will celebrate their Renaissance mix CD in the US at the end of this month.
Tiefschwarz will hit American shores later this month to mark the release of their new mix CD.
German duo Alexander and Sebastian Schwarz are heavyweights when it comes to tech house, particularly with their own releases on the prolific Souvenir label they started in 2007. They're also accomplished DJs, having mixed instalments in the fabric and Watergate series, and most recently, an edition of the hallowed Renaissance: The Mix Collection. That last release is the catalyst for their latest US tour, one that will see both brothers tour together—a rarity when it comes to their stateside visits. (They will have two solo shows the night before the tour on October 24th, however—Ali in Detroit and Basti in Boston.)
Their first stop will take them to Chicago's Spy Bar on October 25th, followed by Beta in Denver the next night and a Sunset Halloween boat cruise in San Francisco on Sunday, September 27th. The brothers will go south to LA to play Sound's Monday Social, followed by Miami's Treehouse on November 1st (where they're joined by Heidi of Jackathon fame). Their journey wraps up on the 2nd as part of the Saturday launch of New York City's new Sankeys club, along with DJ Sneak and Julian Perez.
Tickets for the Chicago, Los Angeles and MIami dates are all available on RA.
