The Detroit DJ's Somewhere In... series will have a new home in Brooklyn starting in April.
Carl Craig will bring his Somewhere In... series to Verboten for a new quarterly residency starting April 12th.
Named after Mad Mike's record store Somewhere In Detroit, the series of gigs curated by C2 kicked off last year in Formentera, and he's been taking it around the world since then. The new Brooklyn club will be its New York home base, and the first event will also double as a Movement festival pre-party. This one will feature Circo Loco man Davide Squillace, Desolat's Martin Buttrich and fellow Detroiters Kenny Larkin, Ataxia, Chuck Flask and Keith Kemp. Tickets are available on RA.
Somewhere In... will also make a Miami appearance before the Verboten gig, going down tomorrow at Treehouse and featuring the likes of Moodymann, Scuba and Heidi. Tickets for the one are still available.
