- The Glasgow duo's first LP in seven years will land on Soma in October.
Slam's first album in seven years, Reverse Proceed, will come out on October 27th via Soma Records.
As Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle explained in an RA Exchange back in July, their latest full-length offers a selection of ambient cuts as well as some more dance floor-focused numbers. The duo's productions and DJ sets are woven into the fabric of Glasgow's nightlife: their Pressure club night is currently celebrating its 16th year, while their label, Soma, recently issued its 400th release. (Naturally the milestone release was a record from Slam.) You can listen to Slam's Exchange below.
