- The Swedish artist's next LP features Sally Shapiro, Young Galaxy and others.
Johan Agebjörn will release a new solo album, Notes, on February 10th.
The Swedish musician is probably best known as the producer behind the Sally Shapiro records, the aloof but well-loved disco vocalist who also makes an appearance on Notes. The LP, which Agebjörn told RA was "pretty beatless" (and heavily features the Casio MT-52 electric piano), also contains collaborations with Loney Dear and Young Galaxy, as well as an edit of Brain Machine's "Alpha Beta Gamma." Like many of Agebjörn's projects, Notes will come on Paper Bag Records. You can stream opener "The Right To Play" below.
