The Bristol producers have scheduled joint gigs in New York and DC and solo appearances on the West Coast.
Pinch and Hodge have announced overlapping US tours in November and December.
Both Bristol artists champion a hybridized UK bass sound. Pinch, who runs Tectonic Recordings, dropped Late Night Endless, a full-length collaboration with Adrian Sherwood, early this year. The prolific Hodge, real name Jacob Martin, is known for a style that skirts the edge of techno and bass music. He's had a big year thus far, with releases on Hemlock Recordings, Livity Sound and Berceuse Heroique.
Hodge will arrive to the US a few days before Pinch, playing solo gigs in Seattle, LA and San Francisco, where he'll DJ at Sure Thing's anniversary party on November 28th. They're billed together in New York and DC on the 3rd and 4th of December. Pinch will make one more solo appearance in LA the following night, playing alongside Phuture, 2 Bad Mice and Zomby at 333 Boylston.
