Resident Advisor and Bleep X team up for week of events

- Laraaji, Peder Mannerfelt, Benji B, Peach and more will be stopping by the East London shop for a week of talks, DJ sets and live performances.
- Bleep ×, Bleep.com's pop-up record store in Dalston, and Resident Advisor are teaming up for eight in-store events over seven days. As part of our Community Connections series, we're hosting a mix of interviews, live performances and DJ sets, and live RA Exchanges at the East London shop this weekend. A mix of local promoters, international artists and more are set to visit the Kingsland Road pop-up, kicking off this Saturday afternoon, January 19th, with new age legend Laraaji in for a live RA Exchange. DJs will be on hand to soundtrack the event, as with all scheduled talks over the week. Later that day, R&S Records takes over proceedings with The Maghreban, Paul White and label founder Renaat Vandepapeliere on the decks. Rounding out the weekend on Sunday, Pär Grindvik and Peder Mannerfelt will bring their Aasthma project to Dalston for its live London debut with Penelope Trappes and Dale Cornish. Chapter 10 residents Dan Beaumont and Charlie Porter will be joined by DEBONAIR for Tuesday, while Corsica regulars Find Me In The Dark invite Sync 24, Peach and Asquith for a Wednesday session. Thursday will see BBC Radio 1 host Benji B getting the live RA Exchange treatment. Local crew SIREN goes back-to-back-to-back with GiGi FM and OK Williams for a Friday night party. The series will be closed out by a special edition of RA Exchange Live, as artist and designer Trevor Jackson interviews Ian Anderson of The Designers Republic, the firm responsible for the iconic artwork of many projects from Aphex Twin to Wipeout. Bleep × will close on February 3rd. After the Community Connections week, remaining in-store events include label sessions with Brownswood Recordings, Eglo and Warp Records.
