The Finnish festival is the latest event to call off its 2020 edition due to the global pandemic.
Flow Festival is not happening in 2020.
The festival, which happens annually at the Suvilahti Power Plant in Helsinki, was scheduled to take place in August. Organisers today confirmed the event was being postponed for a year, making Flow the latest in a wave of festival postponements and cancellations due to coronavirus.
"Even in times as strange as these, the sense of community and meaningful culture do not lose their importance, and we do look forward to seeing music, food and art lovers at Flow Festival again next year," says the festival's artistic director Tuomas Kallio.
Tickets purchased for 2020 will be valid for next year's edition. Ticket-buyers can also seek a refund, the festival says, with more information set to be posted to the Flow website in the coming days.
The 2021 edition of Flow is scheduled to take place from August 13th through 15th.
