  • Infinite Machine, an experimental club label known for its conceptual releases, is turning ten. Founded by Charlie Jr, AKA xWOLFx, in Montreal and now based in Mexico's capital city, the platform is celebrating with an 18-track compilation featuring label regulars and friends. Galtier, Laughing Ears, YILAN, Renslink, Ma Sha Ru, Xiao Quan, Benfika and Daniel Ruane are some of the contributors on the digital-only Infinite Machine 10 Years Compilation, which arrives on December 3rd. "Infinite Machine was born out of a desire to run an dance imprint with the same DIY ethos as the hardcore/screamo labels that xWOLFx, IM's owner, was previously involved with," the label described in a statement. The compilation is the latest in a stacked year of releases for Infinite Machine. Its recent output includes Galtier's latest album, Pulchra Es Elementis, out in September, as well as the second full-length by Soft As Snow, Bit Rot, that's due later this month. Listen to the first single off the anniversary compilation, "Forged" by Only Now.
