Montevideo-based producer, DJ and performer Lila Tirando a Violeta has announced her second release on NAAFI.
Out on April 8th, Desire Path features samples of pre-Hispanic flutes and ocarinas (a type of wind instrument) alongside guest appearances from Nicola Cruz, Verraco, Loris and others. There's also a remix by Dengue Dengue Dengue!. The vinyl, digital and cassette release will be accompanied by a limited number of 3D-printed ocarinas.
Known for experimental club music, Lila Tirando a Violeta self-released an album called N.D.E last year. Her NAAFI debut, the Limerencia LP, came in 2020.
