  • Experimental club producer Lotic has a new EP of reworked tracks from her 2021 album, Water. Arriving July 1st via fabric's in-house label, Houndstooth, Sparkling Water consists of four tracks made with brass instruments. Arranged by Hilary Jeffery, the record features trombonist Baron Arnold, tuba player Orlando de Boeykens and Kelly O'Donohue on trumpet and trombone. "I wanted to strip back the production from Water and put the compositions center stage, featuring bright, sparkling brass," Lotic said on Instagram. Aside from Water, the Berlin-based artist's recent output includes the 2020 singles, "Cocky" and "Burn A Print." Her debut album, Power, came out in 2018.
