French producer and sound designer TÉNÈBRE (AKA Paul Escande) has revealed his debut album.
Arriving July 22nd on YUKU in digital and vinyl formats, TERRAFORM "unfolds from dawn to dusk," according to the artist, touching on everything from long-form ambient and generative pieces to the artist's signature style of breaks, techno and bass across 12 tracks.
"The making of this album first started as a recollection of music and sound design I've produced over the last couple of years for events and installations—interactive and immersive AV experiences," Escande said in a press statement.
"Eventually, all this freeform material became available so I could extract parts of it to build more club-centered and straightforward tracks," he continued.
TERRAFORM follows up on TÉNÈBRE's 2021 EP Hybrids, released on YUKU and a collaborative single with DJ Saint Pierre on Illegal Alien Records.
