DJ Minx's minimal house classic "A Walk In The Park" is getting a reissue.
Out December 2nd through Factory 93 Records, the remix EP celebrates 20 years of the track, which originally came out on the Airborne EP in 2003. Remixes come from Seth Troxler, Soul Clap, Carl Craig and Ardalan, while DJ Minx contributes a re-edit.
In our Rewind review from 2019, DJ Minx said she made "A Walk In The Park" in the 45 minutes it took her husband to go food shopping. Read more about the track's origins and influence.
"My career has evolved so much in the 20 years since the release of 'Walk in the Park,'" said DJ Minx. "It's nostalgic to look back on it all. The fact that it took such a short time to create such a dynamic sound still creates a glow inside me to this day. Not a single year has passed since its release that someone hasn't spoken of the track or thanked me for being the producer."
