Australian DJ and producer ELEANOR is launching a record label.
A sub-label of Local Action, Clasico was inspired by a series of trips to North America and will focus on global club music. Out on May 3rd, the first release is Touch, a four-track EP from Miami's Coffintexts.
A Rinse FM resident and longstanding member of the Local Action family, ELEANOR released her debut single, "Thin End Of The Wedge," on Sorry Records last month. Fast-rising Miami artist Coffintexts has previously collaborated with Jonny From Space and INVT, and released music on Omnidisc and Club Qu.
Local Action was launched by Tom Lea in 2012. It's released music from the likes of UNIIQU3, I.JORDAN, DJ Q, Elkka and 96 Back. Clasico is its second sub-label, after 2 B REAL, which is run by Finn.
