Kraftwerk have announced their first tour of Australia and New Zealand in more than a decade.
Starting in Wellington on November 29th, the seven-date run includes performances in Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, before concluding in Perth on December 15th. The electronic pioneers will also play at Victoria's Meredith Music Festival, which takes place from December 9th through 11th.
It will be the first time Kraftwerk have performed in Australia and New Zealand since 2013. More recently, they toured North America, and played a handful of European shows, including London festival Field Day.
Kraftwerk's current lineup is Fritz Hilpert, Henning Schmitz, Falk Grieffenhagen and cofounder Ralf Hütter. The other cofounder, Florian Schneider, died in April 2020.
