  • Galerie Kurzweil, a club in the German city of Darmstadt, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a VA compilation and world tour. Out on September 2nd through the club's new in-house label KRZWL Music, 10 Years Kurzweil is a vinyl-only release featuring tracks from the likes of Move D, Cinthie, DJ OYSTER, Phonk D and Lauer, who has collaborated with Johannes Albert. Taking in seven dates, the world tour starts on July 28th and includes stops at Istanbul's Kafes, Berlin's ://about blank, Skopje's Club Epicentar and Galerie Kurzweil itself. The lineups are still TBA, though Gerd Janson, Cinthie, Praslea, Arapu and tINI have all been confirmed. Opened in July 2013, Galerie Kurzweil launched as "an urban meeting place for art, culture and music" and was located in the complex that houses local museum the House of Industrial Heritage. Later that year, the club moved a few hundred metres to the former Deutsche Bahn terminal building, where it has existed ever since.
