RA to host panel programme at New York's Wire Festival

- Resident Advisor is hosting a programme of panels at New York's Wire Festival this weekend. The first panel, hosted by RA's Gabriel Szatan, will assess the pros and cons of vinyl versus digital DJing. Panelists include Clarisa Kimskii, Devoye and Mary Yuzovskaya. The second panel, moderated by Knockdown Center director Tyler Myers, explores the differences between electronic music scenes in Europe and North America. Members of Berlin collective Mala Junta and Nicole Palacio are on the panel, as well as Vault Sessions' Bas Jenster, Dripping's Daniel Martin-McCormick and 6AM's Marco Sgalbazzini. Both talks will take place on May 17th. Wire Festival returns to the Knockdown Center from May 17th through 19th. Juliana Huxtable, Galcher Lustwerk, Surgeon, Massimiliano Pagliara and SPFDJ are among those who were announced to play earlier in the year.
