German boffin Gregor Tresher steps up to release his debut longplayer 'A Thousand Nights'.
Tresher's roots are in electro (his earliest releases were on Frankfurt's Elektrolux imprint as Sniper Mode) but these days he's known more for his ravey techno on outputs such as Cocoon, Datapunk and Great Stuff, which earned him a 'Best Producer' nod from Germany's Raveline magazine last year.
'A Thousand Nights' arrives on electro house giant Great Stuff, and includes the current chart-topping single of the same name, as well as earlier releases 'The Now People' and 'Full Range Madness', which first appeared on last year's 'Cocoon F' compilation. The album is a collection of club-ready, dancefloor tracks that straddle the lines between minimal, techno and electro.
