Loosekaboose is a Sydney based party showcasing some of Australia’s best IDM artists. This (local-only) night, has been running for almost 5 years at various clubs around Sydney and is now regularly held at one of Sydneys premier nightclubs, The Civic Underground, and sometimes at the occasional warehouse. Loosekaboose pride's itself on supporting the local scene are always looking for new and up-coming talent from around Australia. The main focus of the night is always the music, the residents and guests play deep, melodic and soulful music that makes people want to dance. They also like to incorporate artistic and left-of-feild visuals with their party and embrace the evolution of electronic music and technology by the use of effects machines, samplers and live software.
Loosekaboose was awarded runner up 'Best Monthly Club Night in Sydney' in the Annual 3D Mag Awards in 2007 and continues to grow each year.
