Since 2009, percussionlab.com has been a free online resource for dj's to host mixes, three types of user accounts: general and contributor accounts both provide ,unlimited free uploading; contributor accounts are for high volume users and 'friends and family', offering a slightly more curated set of mixes; and featured mixes, which are limited to Percussion Lab crew and boasts some of the best artists in electronic music worldwide.
Percussion Lab Live takes the philosophy to the people via low key, low cost, high energy events with a large focus on building a functioning, self-aware local community while simultaneously providing a home in New York City for this global musical culture.
