Woodstock69 – Situated alongside the Dutch coastline, is a unique place where you can relax, kite, swim, eat and dance.
Part happening beach/nightclub, part live stage for aspiring and established artists, mixed with the comforts of your living room and a laid-back atmosphere. Either dance your heart out on the floor, have a lovely meal from the refined kitchen, or just take a breather outside around the huge bonfire lit every night, be it rain or shine. One minute you’re enjoying yourself in the sun, the next a huge party erupts and you won’t know what hit you.
Whether you’re young or old, boredom is not on the menu at Woodstock69. Started in 1992, Woodstock69 has quickly grown from being an intimate hangout to a large beach pavilion that can accommodate over two thousand people. All the while keeping its identity as a place where everybody can just be themselves. No masks, no phoniness.
Sound wise, Woodstock69 holds her own. The k2 l'acoustics installation alone makes most artists puff out their cheeks in amazement, and in the sandbox outside is a large stage, hooked up to the speakers inside and out. The stage is build for (happy) vinyl dj's, live bands and artists big and small, and on a quiet day, local talent or even cabaret!
