NASA defines the signal transmission from space craft to earth as DTE. We attempt to embody this transmission, become the source and reach out to new audiences. We here at DTE find the music we play and the talent we bring to our events just as exotic as alien planets. We hope to cultivate a positive impact here on earth via sound waves and experimentation in unique environments. We are DJs, producers, party people, ravers, gear heads, professionals, weirdos, dancers, bartenders and brewers who find life all the more amusing when the sound system is loud, the drinks are stiff, and the DJ is actually playing what they imagined they would play.

The Bay Area party, which has long been dedicated to the deeper side of techno, will host Detroit artist Uun, Griessmuehle resident Xiorro, and an esteemed squad of locals at its eight-year bash.
The frequent collaborators and Ostgut Ton affiliates have lined up criss-crossing tours. Steffi plays gigs in LA, New York (for Horse Meat Disco pride with Aurora Halal) and Chicago, while Virginia starts off at Elsewhere with Project Pablo before heading to Mexico City and Roatán, Honduras. They have one gig together on June 22nd in San Francisco.
Direct To Earth goes Detroit for this one, featuring DJ Hyperactive, Project 313 and Anthony Jimenex representing Blank Code for a heavyweight techno lineup like few others in the Bay. And a bonus: all-live modular performances in room two.
