SKYLAX RECORDS was started & launched in 2004 by Hardrock Striker as a means to release cutting-edge but timeless music that doesn't necessarily fit the norm of what most people come to expect of a US indie dance label. The mission of the label is to create, develop and distribute its own sound, by sticking to a certain criteria which has been the back bone of the success that the founding members have experienced in their careers. The concept is to nurture emerging and seasoned artists and DJS to achieve realistic artistic goals, through its association with some of dance musics growing network of independent artists. Skylax Records has in the span of a short few years achieved a reputation for excellence and innovation in this crowded field.
