Work In Progress began as a radio show spotlighting the best female artists within underground dance music. Today it is an events series, run by Ciel, with a booking policy that prioritizes women, queer, and BIPOC producers and selectors. Our parties take place in unconventional venues, and we seek to provide immersive, visually-spellbinding nightlife experiences.
