- The traditional Japanese folktales that inspired Ground's latest EP are known for their depictions of wonderfully odd creatures. As far as fantastic creatures go, "Ozunu" comfortably fits the mould. Chugging synthesisers and squidgy bass notes form a bright, meandering groove with a tipsy gait. The track has a pleasantly disorienting bounce, each layer of warbling melody seemingly unconcerned with the rest of it. "Ozunu" has no clear destination, but it inhabits an endearingly chaotic space.
