Located on Level 42 in the Media One Hotel Dubai, B018.dxb is a nightclub for the lovers of sound, art and culture. With a legacy dating back to war torn Lebanon in the 1980’s as the infamous underground war bunker, today B018.dxb still honors the claim of “A Sound Ritual” with a various array of theme nights, from 80s nights to house and soul, with music feeding the soul of the lovers of freedom and change. Through the dark moments of the Lebanon war, a movement was founded: Music Therapy, where friends gathered to listen to music as a form of coping, a happy transition, and to feel a sense of togetherness in the dire moments.The apartment was numbered B018, owned by B018’s founder Naji Gebran. From those days music was forever changed in lebanon, opening up a new world of Techno culture, shifting and educating people who had been exposed to Arabic music and Jazz Clubs. And today here we are, still riding the wave of change that keeps giving.
