FLAVA has served the Machida community since 1995. It was the epicenter for house music in Machida in the mid 90's before dropping off a bit in the last 10 years. The club has recently partnered up with Rennie Foster (Rebirth/Dirty Works) to resurrect the scene in Machida.
Rennie will be hosting a weekly event every Friday night at Club FLAVA with future guests including: Hiroshi Watanabe (Kompakt/Klik Rec./Vestax), DJ Dante (push), Shane Berry (Trapez/ Greta Cottage UK/ Dirty Works), and Iori Wakasa (Blafma).
The club itself is nestled in the basement of the Top Hill building, about 7 minutes from JR Machida station (Mina building).
