The W2 Media Cafe in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside replaces the older, bigger W2 Storyeum, with a smaller and more intimate space in the basement of Vancouver's famous Woodwards' building. Operated with a view to support the arts and independent music in Vancouver, the dark subterranean room is well-suited to dance music as well as all sorts of other events, with a full-service cafe above that can be used for concessions during events as well.
