- Brunswick’s well known and respected creative complex Tetris Studios has grown exponentially over the past 12 months, with 2013 welcoming Tetris’ most exciting development so far, the opening of our fully licensed live music venue RUBIX in February this year. Expect the unexpected as the new event space transforms through international and local dj’s, bands, art exhibitions, street culture product launches, under age gigs and corporate events. The Tetris complex is home to newly renovated recording, audio production, rehearsal, film, photography and workshop studios fitted with various photography backdrops and a green screen, a gallery, Helmet Magazine, Regression graphic design, Gaia holistic therapist, Alley Katz Entertainment agency and now a fully equipped bar and performance venue. We are also heavily involved in youth development, providing ongoing workshops and programs for troubled youngsters. Considering that we have a ten-year lease our overarching concept is to bring people and artists together to be a part of something permanent. We do not want to become a forum for transient relationships. Tetris is about building and progressing together to become a formidable block of individuals who complement one another’s artistic prowess. We endeavour to maintain a network where employment opportunities are shared exclusively throughout the Tetris family, and where a little quid pro quo makes life a little easier on the pockets of each other. Tetris has been set up by artists for artists. We're not wealthy businessmen, and our egos do not get in the way of recognizing and nurturing talented and passionate people. We love what we do and welcome anyone with the same state of mind to get in contact. Our purpose is to act as a platform for you, the artist, to develop and showcase your abilities and, if so desired, help turn your passions into your careers.
