  • Manuel Di Martino is Italian Techno producer based in Naples who has released on labels such as Uncage, Gradient Audio, Suara and many others. He runs his own vinyl label Persistence and Parallel 41.
    Manuel Di Martino was born in 1990 in Italy, he has loved music since he was a child, following in his father's footsteps, he accesses his vinyl collection. In 2004 at the age of 14 he began playing in the first clubs, inspired by the Hip-Hop / Rap genre and the House sounds of Chicago and Detroit. True lover and connoisseur of Techno made in Naples, inspired by the great names of the time such as Gaetano Parisio, Marco Carola, Rino Cerrone, Davide Squillace, Danilo Vigorito. He has always brought this sound into his DJ sets and productions. In 2011 he began his studio activity as a producer, releasing his first album with strong dub-techno influences. After a few years, the first important collaborations arrive with artists such as Scan7, Raffaele Attanasio, Johannes Volk. 2017 is a fundamental year for him, he opens his Persistence label where he has hosted names of the caliber of: Denise Rabe, Endlec, Pacou, Sleeparchive, Fabrizio Rat, Mike Storm, Fanon Flowers, Oisel, Ben Gibson, Hadone, Sawline, Oliver Rosemann, Lokermatik and others. In the same year he plays at the legendary Tresor in Berlin, where he has recently moved to find new stimuli and open up to new musical ideas. He had the honor of remixing legends like Ken Ishii and Robert Armani in 2020, in the same period he releases an EP on Marco Faraone's Uncage label, called "The Gold of Napoli" with remixes by Keith Carnal, also releases an EP "Rage" on Luca Agnelli's Etruria, played by all the world's big names in festivals, such as Charlotte De Witte and Adam Beyer, and on Suara called "Beat Control" and in a various with the track "Impact", also included in the Mixmag compilation by Charlotte De Witte. In 2022 he released an EP on Ribbon with remixes by Luigi Tozzi and PTTNRECURRENT and another EP on Etruria called "Keep Moving", remixed by Boston 168. He has just launched his new label called Parallel 41 with his first EP "Movement" with remixes by Luigi Madonna, Subradeon and Pushmann. Throughout his career, Manuel has received support from a wide variety of respected artists in the industry, including Luke Slater, Ben Sims, DVS1, Marcell Dettman, Ben Klock, Laurent Garnier, Efdemin, Shifted and many others. He has played in the major Italian clubs but above all in Europe, always bringing new proposals and new sounds.
