Biografía
- Alcane (aka Stuart Chalmers) is a Glasgow based DJ/Producer who has been involved in the Drum & Bass scene in Scotland since 1998.Specialising in dark, deep soundscapes with a nod to jungle, techno & dubstep, Alcane's DJ sets are eclectic & heavy hitting, including something to please everyone. In recent years his production has also has begun to get noticed, with one of his earlier tracks 'Hash' featuring on the Canadian imprint Make:Shift Records 'Bassbored' compilation. This LP is available digitally from the label's website. Recent collaborative work with Nebulus has resulted in some new tracks, the first of which is forthcoming on the Sound Artillery Recordings LP planned for 2010.
