- Alex Modigliani was born in the famous city of Naples in 1988. With some of the most beautiful surroundings on the planet, his musical talent began with his Sister, playing about with an old Yamaha keyboard creating loops and dancing. Alex was fascinat..Alex Modigliani aka Alessandro Chiocca, class 88 ' is a neapolitan dj/producer.His musical talent was visible as a child, when he used the keyboard yamaha of his sister, to have fun composing loops. At the age of 14 years has the first contact with the clubs, at once fascinated by the DJ, so decided to buy his first console, consisting of two turntables and a mixer, all of poor quality but nevertheless learns in short time the mixing techniques, playing house music. Over the years playing the clubs of his city gains experience and improves his technique, experimenting with many sounds that drew him much the techno style, contaminated with sounds deep , funk and jazz , with minimal tones, the result of the tracks : driving groove , funky bass line and sounds very warm that heat up the dancefloor. The approach to production at the age of 17 years, his early works were minimal electronic stamp, over the years learn to use professional programs that allow to take advantage of all its potential, it produces very good tracks that are published by the excellent labels such as : MBD, Capsula, Overdrive Muzik, 3rd Record Abstract and many others, his works are currently in high demand in the market. In 2008 he founded with his friend Mintech the "Moditech Records" label founded from Moditech project ,that collaboration between the two dj/producer from Naples. The label gets great feedback from sales and experts, played and supported by artists such as : Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Umek, Spartaque and many others. He is currently cosidered one of most talented neapolitan dj's/producers , for his unique style of techno and tech house and the originality of this, In his career until now has been guest in some parties in his hometown, and has performed with artists such as: Eric Sneo, Abnormal Boyz, A. Paul, Dj Simi, Pako S. , Emanuele Inglese, and many others. For a year now is a dj's flagship of crew Decompressed, an organization of underground techno parties in Naples.
