- Alex Mope is a techno dj/producer and one of the founders collective Pineal Barcelona he has formed a platform for up and coming artists to share their passion for electronic music by creating events around the city.Alex Mope is a Catalan techno dj and producer who started his passion for electronic music at a very early age, influenced by the music he heard from his father's vinyl record collection of funk, soul, rap, disco and reggae. He started experimentig mixing vinyls and cd's of hardcore, trance and schranz insipred by the rave era and with time evolving to a slower beat of techno and tech house, listening to music by people like Paco Osuna, Richie Hawtin, Rohad, Sven Vath, Carl Cox ,Sven Wittekind, robert natus, adreas kremer, thenewhardtechno.com collective, among others. Throughout his musical carrer he has played in mytical places like "Le Rachdingue", Dali's old country house and "La Guacara Taina" and old indigenous cave turned to venue in the Dominican Republic. He also took part in the creation of Wildlife Barcelona and Checkpoint, both, influentials in producing electronic music events. Nowadays Alex is one of the founders of Pineal Barcelona, distinguished by his techno sounds and master of vinyl mix.̸Co Founder on Pineal Barcelona Electronic & Art Collective
