- Alex Sharp's electronic touch is smoothy melodies surrounded by efficient rhythms, minimal elements & a deep spacey bassAlex Sharp released his musical vision starting to mix music for the moment and for eternity, creating perfect sets for the soul and for the dance floor, for you and for me. Growing up with the new electronic musical wave, he passed from drum’n’bass to break-beat, from breaks to minimal, from progressive to house, and from tech house to techno; been a strong member of the community, Alex worked for blogs and electronic music platforms for more than two decades. Along with gigs around Europe such as in Greece, Romania, Norway, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, Alex is also behind the conceiving, planning, and implementing of multiple projects such as Groove Cruise (Greece 2010), Spring Break Manifest (Denmark, Sweden & Norway 2011/2012), 128 BPM Special (2013/2014), Unlabeled (2015) and prjct UNDRGRND (2016 - present) all happening in Amsterdam Netherlands. Currently, his prjct Undrgrnd is running weekly, and you can catch him spin aside artists like Nick Warren, D-Formation, Citizen Kain, Wally Lopez, Mia Mendi, Rafael Ceratto, Magdalena, Several Definitions, Neverdogs, Stefano Noferini, Artslaves, and many others. A true lover of music and the underground, Alex is supporting and spreading his good vibes from Libjuania to Bergen and further to Berlin with no plans of slowing down. He said: “ I’m drawing a lot of influence from the people around me, so living and traveling around Europe has the greater influence in my music. That’s why I never wanted to be classified just as a DJ. We all make music from our hearts, so therefore I consider us all artists “ In April 2017, Alex presents his long-awaited first EP, the name unrevealed yet but “ a blanket for the soul”, as he told us. The EP will come out on Overload Recordings and will be lunch in Croatia Zagreb. In this EP he reflects on his progress over the last years and another great view of where is he heading.
