Biografía
- Audioklinik combines Hardgroove and Tribal Hard Techno. He has over 25 releases and reached No. 2 both in the Beatport and Juno Release Charts.Audioklinik is Yves Nager is originally from Switzerland and currently lives on Kaua’i in Hawaii. After he discovered the Swiss Rave scene by the end of 1994, he has been a DJ since 1996, and beginning from 2003, he participated in the successful music project Audioklinik with more than 25 releases on many well-known international labels. Yves grew up in Switzerland where he has been greatly influenced by electronic dance music since the early 90’s. He started to perform as DJ Reflect in 1996 and became a resident in the legendary Alte Markthalle club in Bern where he also played at the event-series Monokultur that featured many well-known international techno artists of the late 90's. After the club closed in summer 2000, Yves moved to near Zurich, where he met his friend Mark Jermann. They discovered they shared the same taste in music, passion, dedication, and inspiration. So, Mark and Yves decided to begin creating their own loop-based sound. Through a long period of hard work, they built up their studio where they developed their unique Audioklinik style which quickly became recognized internationally. With their project Audioklinik, Yves & Mark produce Progressive Tribal Hard Techno. Until 2010, Audioklinik was recognized as the leading Swiss Hard Techno duo, and they shared the stage with artists such as DJ Rush, Ben Sims, The Advent, Hertz, DJ Murphy & Christian Fischer, Hardcell & Grindvik, Felix Kröcher, Eric Sneo, DJ Lucca, Pet Duo, Sven Wittekind, Robert Natus, Veztax, and many others. In 2023, Audioklinik returned with 3 new EPs that reached No. 2 both in the Beatport and Juno Hard Techno release charts. Their tracks got remixed by artists such as Mark Williams, Samuel L Session, John Askew, Axel Karakasis, Goncalo M, Dito Masats, Homma Honganji, Killians, Fer BR, Raul Mezolanza, Felix R, Chris Da Break and others. There are at least 7 new Audioklinik EPs ready to be released in 2024. Most recently their tracks got big support from artists such as Arnaud Le Texier, Christian Gambas, CJ Bolland, Cristian Varela, D.A.V.E. the Drummer, Daria Kolosova, David Oblivion, Dax J, DJ Gumja, Dr. Motte, Hertz, John Askew, Kerstin Eden, Klangkuenstler, Lars Husimann, Marcel Fengler, Markantonio, Patrick DSP, Robert Armani, Scot Project, SHDW & Obscure Shape, Slam, just to name a few.̸Audioklinik has over 25 releases with many well-known international labels, such as (in alphabetical order) Adult, Alekso, Analog Mode, Audioworx, Cannibal Society, Corrupted Data XL, DJ Special Needs, Eighty Eight, Hardsignal, Hydraulix, Invalid Error, Moop Up, Naked Lunch, Neuroshocked, Open Source, Patterns, Penetration Nation, Plastic Toys, Reldz, Soul Access, Sound Evolution, Tekkno, Toyfriend, Triple Red, and Unknown Forces.
