- A&R at Hivern Discs - Booker at Nica - 1/3 of Magic Teapot RecordsDaniel Baughman has been linked to John Talabot's Hivern Discs since just after its inception, becoming Label Manager in 2011 and from 2015 onwards in charge of A&R duties for the Catalan imprint. Talent Buyer at Bareclona's finest Listening Bar "Nica". He recently joined Magic Teapot Records alongside Marco Gegenheimer from Studio Barnhus' production outfit MLiR and Jens Ingelsted, an online record store and record label for forgotten, invisible or just amazing records. He also works as Booker at Barcelona's newest listening bar Nica and hosts a monthly radio show at dublab.es called "mirai" which explores new age, ambient, esoteric folk & world sounds and the spiritual side of experimental music.
