Bugged are the pairing of two new exciting UK producers arising on the Techno scene of late; Neil Armstrong and Dave Wynne. They met whilst studying audio engineering together and it was there they both realised they had a passion for techno music. The duo began producing together in January 2009 and they have already achieved a Beatport top 100 with their latest track entitled “Crank it”, which was signed by one of techno’s biggest labels; 1605 music therapy. This featured on the Wake Me Up At 16:05 compilation alongside some of the biggest techno producers in the world. Bugged had their first taste of success only a few months after producing with an EP entitled “Intensity”. Signed by Progrezo records, it featured the tracks “Cyclone” and “Intruder”. But it was “Cyclone” that got all the attention and was played by Spartaque and Pedro Delgardo on their radio shows. “Cyclone” also got selected for the label’s 4 year celebratory compilation release. Their first ever remix was for Scott Harrington and Greg Mak’s “6 million” track on Progrezo records. The remix was then followed by their “Dark matter” track, which featured on the “Sample Red” compilation also for Progrezo records. The pair then had their next track entitled “King Kong” signed by Speca records and was remixed by Skober and Antoni Bios. With more tracks on the way including their next release “Punch Drunk” due out on the 7th October on Speca records, and live sets being prepared, Bugged are looking forward to taking their tracks and sound to a live audience.
