Nach acht Jahren Pause im Musikbiz meldet sich Casseopaya nun wieder zurück ‐ mit Releases, Remixen & einem Live - Set. 2011 werden alle Casseopaya Klassiker digital in allen relevanten Download‐Stores veröffentlicht. 2012 kommen neue Release auf den Markt, und bereits Ende 2011 gibt es die ersten Live Shows, u.a. im Cocoon Club & SEMF – Stuttgart Electronic Music Festival uvm. ... Watch out for your Date with Casseopaya –live- ... !!! CASSEOPAYA seit 1991 Thilo Wacker & Marc A. Palazzo starteten 1991 ihre Karriere mit dem Projekt Casseopaya und kamen gleich mit ihrem ersten Release in der Techno Szene an. Ihre erste Vinyl "Themes" kam auf dem Belgischen Label R & S Records heraus. Mit dem Titel "Overdose“ hatten sie gleich 1992 ihren internationalen Durchbruch und waren weltweit gebucht auf den damals grössten Festivals & bekanntesten Clubs (Love Parade, Rave on Snow, Alabama Halle & Flughafen Riem, Mü, Matrix & Kitkat, Berlin uvm,...) und spielten mehrere hundert Gigs. Neben Overdose und Themes hatten sie noch weitere international bekannte Hits wie The Postman, Musikmaker , Carma in an Ocean of Joy und Riot Cracker. Im Jahre 1995 gründeteten sie ihr eigenes Label "Casseopaya Recordings" und nahmen zahlreiche Künstler wie Timo Maas, DJ Misjah oder Jens Mahlstedt u.a. unter Vertrag. Danach gründeteten sie andere Labels wie "I‐maxx Records" oder "Hardstyle Foundation" um auch andere Musikrichtungen abdecken zu können. Danach wurde das Label "Douala Trax" in Kooperation mit dem gleichnamigen legendären Ravensburger Techno‐Club gegründet. Nach der Jahrtausendwende zogen sich die beiden aus familiären Gründen aus der Musikszene zurück und nahmen sich somit eine künstlerische Auszeit von 8 Jahren, nun aber strömt es aus den Boxen: We are back … !!! -------------------------- CASSEOPAYA (english) One of Germany's first successful Techno live acts is back. After an eight year long break from the music business, Casseopaya is back – with releases, remixes and a live set. In 2011, all Casseopaya classics will be digitally published in all relevant download stores. The new release will be available in 2012 – The first live shows are already booked for the end of 2011 in venues like Cocoon Club, SEMF – Stuttgart Electronic Music Festival, and many more. ... Palazzo began their careers in 1991 with the Casseopaya project, their very first release launching them in the techno scene. Their first vinyl "Themes" was released by the Belgian label, R & S Records . They had their first international breakthrough in 1992 with their track, "Overdose", and were booked world-wide at the biggest festivals and most popular clubs of the time (Love Parade, Rave on Snow, Alabama Halle & Flughafen Riem, Mü, Matrix & KitKat, Berlin among others), and played several hundred gigs. Following "Overdose" and "Themes", they continued to release internationally-known hits with "The Postman", "Musicmaker", "Carma in an Ocean of Joy" and "Riot Cracker". In 1995 they founded their own label: "Casseopaya Recordings" and signed numerous artists like Timo Maas, DJ Misjah or Jens Mahlstedt, among others. Afterwards, they founded other labels such as "I-maxx Records" or "Hardstyle Foundation" to cover several music genres. Their cooperation with the legendary Ravensburg Techno club, Douala Trax lead to the foundation of the "Douala Trax" label. After the turn of the millennium, both withdrew from the music scene for family reasons and took an artistic break for eight years. But now the sound is streaming: We are back … !!!
