- I am a Dublin based DJ, I play hard techno, Industrial, techno, acid, and lots of hard but very grooving and funky beatsDeborah Grattan a.k.a Cinquedea is a Hard Techno DJ and Producer based in Dublin. Having been a member of the Techno Community for the guts of 30 years and a singer, songwriter, and performer for most of her life - most notably with her band Eat Me Drink Me - Deborah decided to follow her passion for techno and performance by becoming a DJ and music producer in 2020. She has a monthly show on Dublins long running pirate and now internet radion station Power FM on the last Saturday of the month at 11pm since January 2021, and is a resident DJ for Birmingham Techno night Collide. Her first release came out on well respected label Refined Format in 2022, and since then she has released for Keep On Techno Records. She will have also be starting a residency on new label Techno Connects out of Scotland and has various different projects in the works to watch out for Cinquedea’s style of jacking techno, grooving basslines, industrial, and hiphop infused techno is relentlessly fun and is guaranteed to get people dancing every time she plays!
