Biografía
- Electronic music producer, DJ and promoter based in the Ruhr area in western Germany. Resident DJ at Goethe Bunker, Essen. Co-founder of the label "Purify Records" and former member of the label "Grokenberger".During the last decade Cramp has become a well known figure in the electronic music scene of the ruhr area in western germany. His appreciated dj sets that oscillate between Techno, Electro and EBM and never shy away from excursions into related genres brought him into almost any relevant regional venue as well as into internationally known clubs like Tresor Berlin, Corsica Studios London or Rote Sonne Munich. In the course of his longtime residency in the club Goethebunker in Essen he realised numerous techno events with international headliners. Under the alias Quartier Midi he has released five vinyl records on the imprint Grokenberger Records that he has been operating with two colleagues since 2014 and until 2017. Future records will be released on the newly formed label Purify Records that has been founded in september 2017. In mid 2018 Cramp has released his first full solo EP which features four acid centered club cuts.
