What makes her an outstanding figure is her involvement in so many different facets of electronic music. In 2010 Daniela relocated to Berlin and has started LINEAL is Daniela’s brand new label. LINEAL is already home to the pioneering techno of Xhin and the label’s first release Daniela Stickroth’s “The Slot” has attracted Prologue’s Giorgio Gigli as a remixer. The label takes as its ideal Billy Corgan’s statement that “Great music completely obliterates any conceptions of genre”. Could there be a better philosophy behind a label? As always with Daniela Stickroth’s projects, LINEAL is one to follow very closely. Not content with owning two record labels Daniela is also a DJ, manager of WASSER artist management & booking and a producer.
