- Darrin SterlingDarrin Sterling: Well renowned for his Love, diversified plateaus of House & Techno; - Always pushing the envelope of sound throughout his sets and taking the dancefloor to new levels of vibration, and journey. Implementing and 'weaving' different elements, Darrin demonstrates his passion for the music through his dynamic track selection and concise mixing skills. A product of Chicago House Music in the 80’s, He radiated towards the tracks and mixes from radio stations WBMX, WGCI, absorbing this sound mixed by legends of the scene, “I used to record those mixes religiously on a boombox and, I was connected to that sound and it was meant for MY life, I didnt choose it, IT chose me.” THE JOURNEY: Jazz, Disco, Rock, Funk, Classical was on the menu via turntables and old school cassette players: 90's Came in to focus, Darrin came back to his roots in Chicago to start his career on a higher level of DJing to send him on the path of His craft, starting in nightclubs at 16 years old, progressed to Raves and After Hour events from Florida to Chicago. Fast forwarding in the scene: Darrin hustled mix tapes out in the right hands which led him to having the privilege of spinning in: ( MIAMI, SAN DIEGO, LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, D.C, HOUSTON, AUSTIN, PHOENIX, and CHICAGO ) : Booking airtime doing monthly Mix shows on internet radio stations here in the U.S. and in Europe. He has had the pleasure of sharing stages with re known DJ's such as BT, Danny Tenaglia, Oscar G, George Acosta, Gareth Emery, Markus Schulz, to name a few.
