- Mexican based Techno producer, sound designer, DJ, mastering engineer, Ableton Certified Trainer & Native Instruments sponsored artist.Eduardo Dominguez a.k.a. Dig-it is one of the most renowned artist in the Mexican Techno scene. Mexico City based musician, producer, sound designer, DJ, Ableton Live Certified Trainer and sponsored artist by Native Instruments; has always been passionate about sound and discovering new ways to create it, developing and experimenting with various synthesis techniques implementing them in his productions and performances as DJ and Live. Started playing keyboards and guitar in 1997, and started his professional career as a techno DJ and producer since 2002 at the age of 17 performing in some of the biggest festivals in Mexico such as Loveparade Mexico, Mayday Mexico, Tecnogeist, Toltecnica and other gigs in clubs all around the country alongside world class DJ’s like Chris Liebing, Oscar Mulero, Len Faki, Tommy Four Seven, DJ Hyperactive, Rebekah, Developer, Robert Babicz, Reset Robot, Pacou, WJ Henze, Mark Flash, Tom Linder, Pedro Delgardo and some others. And last October 2014 got his debut performance at the legendary Berlin club Tresor. In the last couple of years he’s been positioning his work in the globe with some releases like his track ‘Modulation Source’ on The Advent’s label Kombination Research with the ‘Duality EP’ alongside Spiriakos, and just released a remix for Spiros Kaloumenos at Illegal Alien Records as well as being remixed by Submerge and Niereich for this EP released also on IAR. He’s also a part of the Mexikan Tekno Mafia (MTM). He’s music can also be found on other labels like Yin Yang, Reloading Records, Drowne Records, DSR Digital, Impact Mechanics, Android Musiq, Amalgame Rec, B55 Records, Assassin Soldier Recordings, Dark & Sonorous Recordings, etc. Supported by artists such as The Advent, Sasha Carassi, Ryuji Takeuchi, Submerge, Dr. Hoffmann, Ricardo Garduno, Sutter Cane, Niereich and more. Since the last 2 years, he’s been working with his partner in crime Fixon, developing their duo project ‘Modal Bank’ and launching their label Vector Functions Records where they’ve released some of their productions and remixes and other artists like Ricardo Garduno, Submerge, Angel Costa, Kyle Geiger, KWR, Fixeer, AIMA, Israel Toledo, Yuuki Sakai, Jorg Rodriguez and preparing big releases to be released on the next months.
