- Dimitry Soul has been playing soul, funk, jazz, hiphop and house for over 20 years. He is also renowned for his chillout sets in Ibiza.For many years Dave Needham (aka Dimitry Soul) has been collecting, loving and playing every element of music that has been touched by soul. His DJ sets and radio shows always include elements of classic and contemporary soul, funk, disco, house, hiphop and jazz. Inspired by legendary DJ’s such as Norman Jay MBE, Dimitri From Paris, Joey Negro, Gilles Peterson and Larry Levan, the Dimitry Soul sound has developed into it’s own style that has received the plaudits that such dedication to quality music deserves. Having spent many years DJing across the UK and delivering his much loved Bizarre Musical Chronicles radio show, he moved to live and work in Ibiza. He has been resident DJ at the world famous and award winning Hotel Es Vive, the sublime Beach Star Hotel, Cafe Mambo’s sister venue Savannah and the stunning La Escollera. In addition, during the last 10 years on the White Isle he has played at parties for Rita Ora, Gregory Porter, Massive Attack, Charlotte Crosby, Vicky Pattison, Ellie Goulding while also playing on line ups with Disclosure, Dennis Ferrer, Miguel Campbell, Doorly, Roger Sanchez, Graeme Park and Groove Odyssey He is back in the UK for the 2023 winter and will be delivering some delightful soulful, eclectic, Balearic chill out sets across the UK and internationally.̸Dimitry Soul & Dan McKie - Disco Alarm EditR & Dimitry Soul - On My Mind Antton And Dimitry Soul - El Dolor Mas Dulce
