  • The Philadelphia born Brooklynite has cemented himself as a stalwart of New York's dance music scene over much of the last decade – above and under ground.
    For the last four years, Bruce has been a resident at the New York's most visible nightclub, House of Yes, where he holds his monthly party Funk You, playing marathon open to close sets. Bruce has also provided his curatorial ear to scores of cultural happenings and night spots, including (the now defunct) Output, Kinfolk Studios, 35s & 45s and Le Bain at The Standard High Line, where he was the Assistant Artistic Managing Director under the legendary team that gave New York the Boom Boom Room, APT, SubMercer at the legendary Mercer Hotel. Bruce has contributed original tunes and remixes for labels Soul Clap, Let's Play House and Fool's Gold. Along with DJs Tommy Castro and William Robbins, Bruce hosts a monthly mix show – GRAND STREET SOUNDS – on The Lot Radio. In 2018 Bruce started his own imprint – Bumpin' Somethin' Records – out of his apartment.
