His long-standing residency at Avalon is still going strong after 18 years. From his 22 plus years working as a professional DJ, his music is constantly evolving and expanding. DJ Ruff is very versatile and unique when it comes to different styles of house music, whether it's Tech house, Deep House, Deep Tech, Techno, or Ibiza Party House. His dedication, passion, and energy for the music continues to exceed all expectations. After Amsterdam Dj Ruff moved to Spain. As time progressed, he found himself spinning at some of the biggest and best clubs that Barcelona had to offer. Also he became a resident dj at BORA BORA, MATINEE and at SPACE IBIZA for 3 years. Soon after, he landed several residencies at clubs throughout Europe and quickly expanded to the US market not to mention touching other parts of the globe such as Japan and Argentina. In the UK, he was a regular at Trade (House room) @ Turnmills and found himself traveling to Munich, Germany for residencies at Liquid and The Twilight Zone. In addition, in Spain Dj Ruff won the 'Best International house DJ', joining the ranks of previous winners, Erick Morillo and Danny Tenaglia. Ruff plays every week with the cream of world DJs such as Carl Cox, Dirty South, Roger Sanchez, Hot since 82, Steve Lawler, Deep Dish, Tiesto, Erick Morillo, Louie Vega etc... just to name a few. Dj Ruff spends every summer performing in in Ibiza,Barcelona and throughout the Europe's finest clubs . Also he spends most of his time in the studio.
