- Dj ProducerDj producer // techno - dub - ambient Daniele Serraino, known as D/n, is an Italian DJ and producer based in Berlin. His journey in electronic music began in 2010, marking the start of a flourishing musical career. His first encounter with vinyl was love at first sight, and he continues to nurture that passion to this day. However, his profound interest and curiosity for music also drew him into the world of music production. D/n’s relentless pursuit of sonic exploration led him to dive deeper into the world of analog synthesizers. Intrigued by their warm and organic sounds, he collected and experimented with vintage synths, drum machines, and modular gear. As his skills refined, D/n realized his journey with analog synths was about creating captivating Livesets. With a carefully curated setup, his performances became immersive journeys filled with pulsating basslines, hypnotic melodies, and mesmerizing rhythms, thanks to the ability to mold and modulate sounds on the fly. Each show became a unique and captivating experience for the audience. D/n emerged from the vibrant Italian underground scene, where he gained a remarkable reputation within the Acid Techno - Acid Core movement through his other project, Dane. This enabled him to perform at numerous clubs, European rave parties, and produce for esteemed labels, including his own imprint Ausgang Records. (2014-2016) In 2015, he established his professional studio, Beatside Studio, which serves as a creative hub for his music production. Additionally, D/n specializes in mixing and mastering engineering, offering personalized 1-to-1 online courses in electronic music production. Since 2018, D/n has immersed himself in Techno productions, embarking on a constant exploration of his unique style. His sound is characterized by dark atmospheres, infused with elements of dub, broken beats, and driving techno. In 2020, D/n founded his own label and podcast series, Spazio Magentico, which gravitates towards genres such as dark-hypnotic Techno, dub, IDM, and ambient. This platform serves as a space for him to curate and showcase his artistic vision. D/n’s tracks have received recognition and support from renowned artists such as Dave Clarke, Adriana Lopez, A Thousand Details, Takaaki Itoh, Moog Conspiracy, Jonas Kopp, Michele Mausi, Gotshell, Audio Units, Kwarz, No Name, Antonio De Angelis, Rødhåd, James Ruskin, Jamaica Suk, Abstract Division, Arnaud Le Texier, Raffaele Attanasio, MTD / Rhythm Assembler, Booz, The Lady Machine, Ricardo Garduno and many more. A passionate advocate of vinyl, D/n’s profound love for electronic music was nurtured through this medium. Leveraging his exceptional DJing skills and extensive experience, he seamlessly blends extended sets that traverse diverse soundscapes, ranging from experimental broken techno to dark, hypnotic, and raw techno, effortlessly incorporating his latest unreleased productions and selections from his vinyl collection. D/n has showcased his talent at renowned venues in Berlin, including Tresor, Zur Klappe, Ava Club.
