Born to Portuguese Parents in Newark, NJ, Donny is responsible for starting the rave scene in the Tri-State area. DJing since the age of 14 in NJ, NYC and local venues, Donny Marano is a pillar in the house music scene. He first started playing trance and techno, then soon after realized his love for house music. He spent his younger years soaking up the musical influences of NYC. "I listen to a wide variety of music, gaining influences from lots of styles. The variety of the sounds I hear guide me to a different line of thought when I'm in the studio creating." Donny has played at some of New York's legendary clubs and largest venues such as Pacha, Webster Hall, Limelight, Lounge G, Sullivan Room, Spotlight, Tunnel, Exit and Rush.
