- NoiseDownwell is an electronic music project by Giorgi Kolbaia, hailing from the vibrant city of Tbilisi, Georgia. The project features a sound that seamlessly blends elements of EBM and Techno to create an experimental listening experience. The project's debut EP, "I See Death in Your Eyes," was published on Oraculo Records in Spain and was an exact showcase of the project's style and vision. This was followed by contributions on various V/A compilations, including Deviate, Shishi, Instinkt, Hex Recordings, and Ind Mek. Following his debut, Downwell released his second EP, "Oppression Index," on Sarin's label X-IMG, based in Germany. This eight-track album was a powerful and moving embodiment of the artist's experiences and observations on the political milieu and strife of his native Georgia, as well as the struggles faced by people around the world. The artist's latest EP, "Relative Strangers," is a six-track tour that was released on the Ancient Methods imprint, Persephonic Sirens. At the same time, he has also started a collaboration with Mova under the name of Initial Light and returned to Oraculo Records with the debut album "40 Degrees In The Air." This joint project is a departure from his solo work and explores diverse styles and sonic textures.
